Mental Health & Addictions Counselling

Counselling can be 1-1 individual sessions, couple counselling, group sessions, workshops, pregnancy and conception or postpartum counselling. It involves the co-creation of a therapeutic alliance between counsellor and client where the client is safe to discuss issues that bother them and get tools to help them overcome those issues. It is a confidential process, with the highest level of discretion. Issues brought to counselling can range from things that affect our mental health, peace of mind, emotions such as anxiety/ depression/ anger management/ childhood trauma/ relationship difficulty/trauma/ heartbreak/ separation/ divorce/ violence in the home/ disordered eating/ difficulty with pregnancy, conception, following delivery/ pregnancy loss/ inability to conceive etc. Anything that affects our ability to function optimally!
